My name is Rachel Hogue, and I am a dedicated educator with over a decade of experience in Texas schools. When I became a teacher, my guiding principle has always been to do what’s in the best interest of the child. After all, children are the future of our society.Since 2010, I have had the privilege of teaching a wide range of grade levels, from Kindergarten through 12th grade. I have served as a Reading Interventionist and as an Instructional Coach for 6th through 8th grade Reading Language Arts and Social Studies. I’ve seen firsthand the challenges and opportunities that students and teachers face, and I am deeply committed to being a conservative advocate for parental rights and the civil rights issues of our time.My approach is simple: parents + teachers + God = success. I believe in ensuring a back-to-basics curriculum that equips students for success in life while upholding Texas' core values across the educational spectrum. This includes advocating for pro-gun rights and prioritizing student safety.I hold a Master of Science degree with a specialization in Curriculum and Instruction, and I am a certified principal, qualified to lead schools from Kindergarten through 12th grade. My experience and passion for education drive my commitment to improving our schools and ensuring that every student has the support they need to succeed.
